Finished my mom’s birthday present today. I was inspiried by a number of etsy sellers making bag charms to hold photos so took a crack at it myself. Photos include pics of our family including my fur baby Sinosauropteryx so ya’ll get to see her
Materials used: 2-3oz veg tanned
Also my first real project useing my airbrush for dyeing. Still need to get better with consistant coversge, but an excited to use it to tackle my kidney pouch i hope to make this week.

This is cute! Its like a physical phone reel lol I saw one a while a back and just forgot about it. Did you make it from scratch or from a pattern?

@PrettyStitch Thanks! I based it on a few different ones i saw on etsy but the “design” is my own. really all i did was figure out the measurements i wanted, made a rectangle with curved ends and used my cricut to cut that out of cardstock for a template (once i get a knife blade for my cricut I would be able to have it cut the whole thing out). Then used the template to cut the leather, used a 1/2″ oblong punch for the hole where the strap goes through and a hand punch for the rivet and snap holes.
