As a vendor on our platform, you are expected to uphold the integrity and trust of our marketplace by delivering complete, accurate, and original content. The following responsibilities and guidelines apply to all document submissions:
1. Delivery of Complete and Functional Documents
Vendors must provide the full, unaltered version of the document as advertised. This includes ensuring the file is:
- Complete with all necessary pages and components.
- In the correct size and format as specified in your listing.
- Functional and accessible (i.e., not corrupted, empty, or unreadable).
- Includes clear usage instructions, especially for templates or tools that may not be self-explanatory.
If a document is missing, damaged, incorrect, or does not exist, the vendor is expected to work directly with the purchaser to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to issue a refund to the customer if the issue is not resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
2. Correction Window & Penalties
We understand honest mistakes happen – such as uploading the wrong file or format. In such cases, vendors will be given an opportunity to correct the issue with the purchaser.
However, we maintain a three-strike policy:
- If you issue three separate documents that are reported as broken, incomplete, or incorrect without resolution, your ability to sell on our platform may be revoked.
- Failure to correct any reported issue will result in a penalty strike and may lead to further action, including refund enforcement and account review.
Please do not abuse the trust placed in you by buyers and the platform.
3. Copyright and Originality
All content uploaded must be original and owned by you. Uploading and selling content that you do not own or have permission to distribute is strictly prohibited.
If you:
- Sell content that belongs to another creator,
- Misrepresent another maker’s document as your own, or
- Upload stolen or pirated materials,
You will be restricted or permanently removed from the platform. Additionally, any revenue generated from the sale of such materials will be deducted from your account.
We take copyright protection seriously. Upholding these standards protects both creators and customers – and ensures a fair, trustworthy platform for everyone.
