Platform Payment & Investigation Policy
Our goal is to provide a secure and trustworthy environment for both buyers and sellers. As a vendor on our platform, your earnings are protected and will be paid out in accordance with the following terms:
1. Payment Threshold and Method
- Vendors can request a payout once their account balance reaches $25 or more.
- All payments will be issued via PayPal to the email address associated with your vendor account.
- Payouts are processed within 7 business days of the request, assuming no active disputes or account holds are in place.
2. Account Holds Due to Complaints or Strikes
To protect the integrity of the marketplace and ensure buyer satisfaction, we reserve the right to temporarily withhold payouts if one or more of the following occurs:
- Multiple customers report that a document is incomplete, corrupted, or unusable.
- A seller accumulates strikes for violations of the Vendor Responsibility Policy.
- There is an open investigation regarding document quality, originality, or copyright concerns.
In such cases:
- Your balance will be frozen (not withdrawn or deducted) until the investigation is complete.
- You will be notified and given the opportunity to respond and resolve any issues with the buyer(s).
- Once the investigation is resolved in your favor, your funds will be released promptly.
If the issue is confirmed and a refund is issued to the buyer, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your account.
3. Fraudulent or Abusive Behavior
If you are found to be:
- Submitting fraudulent, plagiarized, or non-functioning content, or
- Repeatedly violating platform policies,
Your access to the vendor dashboard and payout features may be permanently restricted. Additionally, any funds gained from policy-violating sales will be reclaimed by the platform and issued as refunds to 3rd parties.
4. Transparency and Support
We are committed to fair treatment of all sellers. If a payout is held, we will:
- Clearly state the reason,
- Provide a timeline for resolution,
- Offer guidance on how to correct the issue.
Our team is here to help facilitate a swift, fair resolution and to protect the experience of both our buyers and sellers.
