Pattern Description
This is my interpretation of the Traditional Flap Wallet. The main change I introduced is in how the closure band is attached. Instead of stitching the band directly on top of the wallet – where it would require sewing through three layers of leather – I added a cutout slot in the back panel for the band to pass through.
This adjustment lets the band sit flush with the wallet, giving it a sleeker profile and a more refined look (in my opinion). It also makes the construction cleaner and more practical without compromising durability.
The result is a simple, functional wallet with a subtle design upgrade.

Am an absolute beginner, but I got it done! forgot to do the corners at the bottom though.Definitely going to make one again and try to improve my skills.
Hey! It looks amazing! The corners help make it look cleaner, but I think you did great! 😀
Thank you very much for sharing your pattern. : o)
