• My first attempt at using a 3D printed stamp on leather, and it turned out amazing. I printed in PETG using 100% infill and then used a 5-ton manual clicker press to deboss the leather. I’ve used the same stamp over a dozen times now and it still shows no signs of wear.

      • These are dope! How do you make it not have lines at the top? or do you sand them down a bit?

        • @Shamus I took a couple passes with some 500, 600, 1000-grit wet/dry sandpaper using my tooling stone as a planishing surface to make sure there were no visible print lines in the debossing surfaces. It was one of my best prints, and really didn’t require much. I think I spent about 5 minutes cleaning up the print before taking it to the press.

          • @RileyQuinn These are awesome! Seriously, I love the way they came out. I’ve done them before, but I think my settings were off. I couldn’t get rid of the small 3D printed lines, and the lines came through on the imprint.
