1. No Returns or Refunds for Downloaded Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a document has been downloaded. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file formats, and requirements before purchase.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
- The file does not exist,
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, and
- The vendor is unable or unwilling to correct the issue within a reasonable time.
We encourage buyers to first contact the vendor directly to resolve any issues. Our support team will step in if a resolution cannot be reached.
2. Proper Use of Digital Files
Documents purchased on our platform are for personal or internal use only, unless otherwise noted by the vendor. Buyers are not permitted to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the document publicly or privately.
- Upload the document to other marketplaces, websites, or platforms.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the document.
Unauthorized use or redistribution of documents violates our terms and may result in account suspension, legal action, and financial restitution to the content creator.
3. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Our platform takes fraud and misuse seriously. Buyers who repeatedly request refunds for valid, working files, file false claims, or attempt to circumvent our policies will face the following consequences:
- Warnings and purchase reviews,
- Suspension of refund privileges, or
- Permanent account suspension in cases of serious or repeated abuse.
We ask that all buyers act in good faith and respect the time and work that vendors put into their content.
4. Reporting Issues
If you encounter a broken, incomplete, or unusable file, please:
- Contact the vendor through the platform.
- Allow time for the vendor to resolve the issue.
- If no resolution is reached, contact our support team with a description of the issue and proof (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
