Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy
All digital document purchases are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the document has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any reason once access to the file has been granted and the download has been initiated.
Exception: A refund may be considered only in cases where the document does not exist, is incomplete, or is functionally unusable (e.g., missing critical sections, corrupted file, or incorrect format). In such instances, the vendor will be given the opportunity to correct or remedy the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
