It’s not the fastest, but (after a few upgrades) it is reliable and efficient. It’s also quieter now, and because of the upgrades I can print faster than it did when I got it. I do want to get a better FDM printer, but I’m more concerned with size than speed (for printing larger models for costuming), so I’m looking at&hellip;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span class="atwho-inserted"><a class='bp-suggestions-mention' data-bb-hp-profile='15' href='https://stitchables.net/members/shamus/' rel="nofollow">@Shamus</a></span> I took a couple passes with some 500, 600, 1000-grit wet/dry sandpaper using my tooling stone as a planishing surface to make sure there were no visible print lines in the debossing surfaces. It was one of my best prints, and really didn’t require much. I think I spent about 5 minutes cleaning up the print before taking it to the press.</p>

I printed in PETG using 100% infill and then used a 5-ton manual clicker press to deboss the leather. I’ve used the same stamp over a dozen times now and it still shows no signs of wear.</p>

One is Western with a throat latch, and uses a twisted strap style double-ear-loop. The other is English style and is for a show horse, thus it is minimalistic, and utilizes a U-shaped double-ear-loop setup.</p>
